As an aspiring art therapist, I have dedication my extra time to designing downloadable and printable educational aids for children.
I hope that my learning aids will help children in early years through a more fun and innovative way. I believe art and design play a large role in education and communication design is key in the early developmental years.
If we think about primary colours (Red, Yellow, Blue) and colour theory we know these colours are used greatly in children toys. This is because saturated colours are easier for younger children to process and for developing eyes to see.
I hope to provide more accessible learning aids for parents and teachers and would like to provide resources for SEND children including those with autism and are nonverbal.
